The secret to successful rentals is to respond to potential clients as quickly as possible. We respond to all requests for information and availability on your property within 12 hours.
Once a client has confirmed their desire to book your property, a rental contract will be sent to them to complete, sign and return. At this stage, arrangements will be made for them to send payment directly to you by bank transfer.
Charges only apply if and when you get a confirmed booking.

Time will be taken to familiarise them with your property, answer any questions they may have and provide them with contact details in case of any emergency during their stay.
As part of the service, we prepare an information file which will be placed at their disposal explaining how things operate in your individual property. The file also outlines some interesting things to see and do in and around Nice, allowing them to settle in effortlessly and make the most out of their stay.
A welcome basket of some basic provisions (tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, wine etc) can be provided for your guests’ arrival if they would like.
