Once you or your guests have left, the property will be thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your next arrivals.

We will check the property during this time to ensure no valuable items have been broken or damaged. A report will be sent to you after our visit, enabling you to safely return the security deposit to your clients or withhold money to cover the costs of any replacement or repairs.

If the property is due to be vacant for a period of time, arrangements can be made to switch off the electricity and water and lock the property up safely. Our Caretaking Service allows for regular checks on your home even if it is empty.

Changeover day is flexible. For same day changeovers, it is requested that guests checkout no later than 10am and new arrivals check in from 4pm to allow sufficient time for the property to be prepared.

Laundry of linen and towels

To allow for longer rentals and quick changeovers, we ask that you provide a triple quantity of bed linen and towels.

  • Linen is professionally laundered and returned safely to your property
  • Mid stay linen can be supplied to your guests for weekly stays longer than one week
  • Periodic dry-cleaning of bedcovers, blankets and mattress protectors can be arranged
